Michelle joined HBT in November 2013 and brings 18 years of personal lines experience. Home, auto, dwelling fire, umbrella and renters insurance are her areas of expertise. If it has to do with personal property, Michelle has the experience to review and recommend the right policy to fit her customer’s requirements.

Michelle received the customer service achievement award for outstanding customer service with Safeco Insurance for 2012. She is committed to providing our customers with the right coverage, at the best price while meeting the individual needs in each unique situation.
