Shelly has been working with HBT Insurance for 7 of the 9 years she has been in the industry. She is the first point of contact our customers have when they contact us. Shelly’s friendly demeanor and knowledge means our customers are quickly routed to the person they need to speak with. Shelly also is responsible for our billing as well as providing customer service.

On a personal note

I enjoy camping, four wheeling, boating and spending time with family and new twin grandsons. Canning and food preparation is one of my favorite hobbies.
